1. Provider

WhatsIA is operated by Optima Quantum Services FZCO, registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Contact: info@whatsia.io.

2. Service

WhatsIA provides an automated WhatsApp customer-service assistant on your business WhatsApp number, with a daily summary email. Specific features depend on the plan you subscribe to.

3. Account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you provide and for keeping access to your account secure. You confirm the WhatsApp number you connect is owned by your business and that you have the right to receive customer messages on it.

4. Acceptable use

You will not use WhatsIA to send unsolicited bulk messages, spam, scams, phishing, illegal goods or services, or content that breaches Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy.

5. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe. Refunds and cancellation are handled on a case-by-case basis; contact us at info@whatsia.io.

6. Data

You are the data controller for messages your customers send through your bot; we act as your data processor. See our Privacy Policy and DPA.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Termination

You can stop using the service at any time by emailing us. We may suspend the service for breach of these Terms.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email at least fourteen days in advance.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the courts of Dubai unless mandatory consumer protection requires otherwise.
